The 35th event went off hitch free on an unusually warm and still October morning. The conditions were great for a parkrun.
Dave Gogarty was our first male finisher (for the third time) well done Dave! Mia Deegan was our first female finisher this week, the youngest ever Tolka Valley first finisher!
This week 34 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 8 were first timers and 10 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of parkwalkIRE, Piranha TC and Balbriggan Road Runners took part.

The female record is held by Emma DONLON who recorded a time of 19:26 on 19th May 2018 (event number 13).
The Age Grade course record is held by David MOSS who recorded 82.74% (19:13) on 29th September 2018 (event number 32).
Tolka Valley parkrun started on 17th February 2018. Since then 680 participants have completed 1,577 parkruns covering a total distance of 7,885 km, including 336 new Personal Bests.
