Firstly, thanks for your patience guys, had a slight tech glitch but results are up on the system now.


The weather stayed nice and fine for this morning’s 199th run at St. Anne’s.   Lovely atmosphere, hope you all smiled big for photographer Tomás Greally.



We welcomed our 1st time parkrunners, we also had a visit from Frank Greally & Tomás Greally from Irish Runner magazine, thanks for giving them a nice warm welcome.   Delighted to have met our visitor Roger Stamcliffe all the way from Cooks River parkrun in Sydney, Australia.   We hope you enjoyed your visit and the route.  



Congratulations to Robert Lynch & Ronald Staeps who celebrated their 100th parkrun milestone, also celebrations for Jamie Tarpey completing his 50th milestone, superb achievements, well done.



Our newest member to the 98 Hall of Fame was Kevin Greene.

This week 378 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 23 were first timers and 60 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 18 different clubs took part.


We have an amazing dedicated Core Team at St. Anne’s & we would like to thank all our weekly volunteers, you all play an important part of our event & we value and appreciate your time & help.  We only happen because you help make it happen.

Male placings:
Graham O'DWYER (SM25-29) of Raheny Shamrock AC, was first over the line in 16:37 - 7th time in 31 appearances.
Simon DEVENNEY (SM25-29) of Raheny Shamrock AC, was second over the line in 16:55 - has been first to finish on 3 previous occasions.
Paul COWHIE (VM50-54) of Civil Service Hrs and A.C., was third over the line in 17:15 - was first to finish once before.

Female placings:
Caitriona COSTELLO
(VW40-44) of Raheny Shamrock AC, was first (20th overall) over the line in 20:03 - 20th time in 104 appearances.
Adrienne ATKINS (VW50-54) of Raheny Shamrock AC, was second (43rd overall) over the line in 21:08 - has been first to finish on 5 previous occasions.
Aine NI GHLOINN (VW35-39) (Unattached) was third (46th overall) over the line in 21:16.


The three highest age grades were recorded by:
(VW65-69) – 90.15% for the time 23:11 (85th overall).
Paul COWHIE (VM50-54) – 87.63% for the time 17:15 (third overall).
Adrienne ATKINS (VW50-54) – 81.31% for the time 21:08 (43rd overall).


The female record is held by Aoife TALTY who recorded a time of 16:51 on 28th September 2013 (event number 1).
The male record is held by Mick CLOHISEY who recorded a time of 14:46 on 6th May 2017 (event number 181).
The Age Grade course record is held by Mary LYNCH who recorded 92.68% (22:33) on 13th May 2017 (event number 182).

St Anne's parkrun started on 28th September 2013. Since then 8,497 participants have completed 53,770 parkruns covering a total distance of 268,850 km, including 10,248 new Personal Bests.
