Run Report – 9th February 2019

St Anne’s parkrun - Event number 271 - 9th February 2019

Lucky us we were greeted by a gorgeous morning for today’s run.   Our morning started with Conor, Mark and myself setting up the event.  Mark thanks for your help with the funnel, that was one big bad boy of a funnel.

This week 494 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 50 were first timers and 41 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 19 different clubs took part.

Can’t emphasise how important and great our weekly volunteers are at St. Anne’s, thanks to you all for stepping up.  Without your time we would not have an amazing event.

Would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge that some of our volunteers did multiple volunteer roles and some also ran and volunteered so don’t be shy we would love to have you on board some weeks.

The event was made possible by 28 volunteers:

Gregory Paul O'BEIRNE • Una CHERRY • Maura LYNSKEY • Connor JENNINGS • Christy REILLY • Sean HESSION • Damien MARTIN • Anne MC COMISH • Cliodhna HUGHES • Gary KENNY • Gillian KENNY • Mark MCCOMISH • Keith FLEMING • Gillian LINNANE • Paul DUFFY • Una HERON • Lorraine FITZSIMONS • Caroline FARRELLY • Declan WHOOLEY • Ciaran DORAN • Nora BYRNE • Jean DUNNE • Eoin KENNY • Lucy BARRETT • Michael MCDONNELL • Aiden FEERICK • Paul COLBERT • Conor PURSUN
