We unfortunately again had a report of bad running ethics on the track, member of the public was very upset. It's important to respect all other people in the park, parkrun is a social running event. We do not condone this behaviour and it is not the ethos of parkrun. Also, there were reports of athletes spitting which is completely unacceptable in these times.

Remember it is a social walk,  jog or a run not a race you must stay left overtake on the right and respect all other park users. We do not wish to receive any future complaints so be mindful of others at all times and do not invade their personal space. The path is narrow so be careful out there.

Funnel process  - Again runners are entering knowing they do not have their Barcode ID onsite. Please ONLY enter the funnel if you have completed the 5km and have your Barcode ID onsite. Stay in line to received your timed position and move swiftly to have finish token scanned and return the token in bucket provided. We would prefer if you had your Barcode ID on you for health and safety reasons.
