Congratulations to Eleanor Conroy and Mick Comyn who joined the 100 milestone club. A huge shout out also to Ruth Farrell and Nevil Scott who completed their 50th run this morning and to the juniors Alesha Bryan and Kyran Bryan who completed their 10th run.

Many of the volunteers either paced or were saving their energy for the Cork City Marathon. We wish all the best to Proinnsias who has trained hard for his first marathon and to all the parkrunners taking part in the half marathon or the relay teams. It is great to see so many who have progressed from Couch to 5k programmes to taking part in one of tomorrow's events.
