Many of the volunteers either paced or were saving their energy for the Cork City Marathon. We wish all the best to Proinnsias who has trained hard for his first marathon and to all the parkrunners taking part in the half marathon or the relay teams. It is great to see so many who have progressed from Couch to 5k programmes to taking part in one of tomorrow's events.
