Missing Token:-

Missing Token 114 today, please return :)

Volunteering :-

We need new volunteers weekly, if you all give back after 'every10 runs' we will never have to worry about filling the weekly roster. We need to know by Thursday who is available to volunteer.

Volunteering Takeover!

We encourage groups to work together as volunteers and manage the weekly tasks. We just need an experienced Run Director to co-ordinate it. For example we have Howard Triggs at the helm next week with members from Kilkenny Triathlon Club and Sinéad  Fitzgerald will be Run Director in April when Fit4Life members will 'takeover'. This will help us rotate the roles and give regular volunteers an opportunity to participate. Please get in touch and we can arrange same for your club!

See you Saturday as a participant or a volunteer!
